Unit 4 is a Room with a private entrance from the parking area. It has 2 single beds (which may be converted to a king-size bed) and there is a shower, basin and toilet in the bathroom. There is a small kitchen nook with a kettle, fridge and microwave with necessities like coffee mugs, cutlery and crockery for 2 guests.
Rates include reasonable usage of water and electricity. Additional charges apply for over consumption.

There is a compulsory cleaning fee applied per week of stay.
The breakage deposit will be refunded to guests after departure. Guests are asked to send their bank details to the office or write them on the Guest Arrival Form to ensure the deposit gets refunded.

Parties are not permitted.
Quiet hours after 21h00.
Daily cleaning and laundry services are available close by.
During school holidays, guests can discuss camping facilities for additional guests, as there is ample space available, as well as ablution facilities.
Day visitors are welcome at an additional fee and must vacate the premises by 20h00.
Smoking is only allowed outside on the verandah.
Burning of incense sticks indoors will not be tolerated.
