Good. Excellent location. Clean. Friendly. Very good. Excellent location. Room - clean. Pool - clean. Staff - friendly. Not sure if Bahia Bleu - Hotel Restaurant forms part of the hotel, but we did not have a pleasant experience at the location. Sat unassisted for 15 minutes, although a waiter informed us that she would be sending another person to assist. Eventually got up and walked out without being assisted. A total of 5 tables had patrons - not busy at all.

Luxurious, comfortable, beautiful. The Diaz hotel is truly one of the best places to stay at in Mossel Bay. The finishes in the room were luxurious and beautiful. The views over the beach were also a highlight! The restaurant service for the buffet breakfast in the morning could do with some improvement. The coffee machines weren't working most of the time, and the filter coffee was constantly running on empty. It would feel more opulent if they could wash the dishes at the back of the kitchen, instead of close by to where you are seated.

Heerlike kos, pragtige kamers, alles skoon en netjies. Reg by die see. Sal weer daar gaan oorbly met my gesin. Dis veilig en die staff is vriendelik.

Overall we had an awesome weekend. We had a great stay at the Diaz Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. One minor suggestion for improvement: we stayed over Valentine's Day and felt that the hotel could have made a bit more effort to make the day special.
