We had a great vacation there. We had a great stay and would recommend Founders Villa to anyone looking for pet friendly accommodation. There are just a few things they could improve on. It says there is secure parking in a garage, but when we got there, the garage was packed full of stuff and unfortunately, we couldn't park in there and ended up parking outside on the driveway the whole time. They could also please just look at the condition of the dishwasher because it is very badly rusted. It looked like the house hadn't really been cleaned properly before we came, especially the windows. They could maybe replace the couch in the TV room, especially for older people because it is very low and difficult to get up from.

Ok. Standard has dropped. Bedding stained, washing machine not working, fridge door broken. Toilet seat broken in main bedroom. Couches are very low.

Good day Carlo, Thank you for your feedback. I can assure you that the standard has not dropped. The linen is all clean. We were not aware that the washing machine is giving problems, but you could have just informed us of this. The fridge door handle has a panel off that we are busy sorting out, but other than that, the door opens and closes without any problems. The toilet seat was not broken as far as we were aware of. But again, a quick message could have sorted this out for you. The couches are the same as they have always been. We appreciate all feedback that we receive. However, we cannot sort out any concerns or problems while you are at the house in order to make your stay more enjoyable if you do not communicate with us.
