House Rules

Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it. Please make sure the dishes are washed before departure, or in the dishwasher with the dishwasher on and performing its cycle. We are pet friendly on request, but unfortunately, no German shepherds or Alsations due to their high hair shedding levels and no puppies due to chewing and digging.
No loud music between 22:00 and 09:00.
No guests under 21 are allowed unless they are accompanied by responsible adults.
No parties or events.
No smoking inside.
No extra visitors are allowed on the premises unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner.
