House Rules
To help keep the peace and ensure everyone enjoys the park, guests are kindly asked to respect the following rules that apply throughout Fonteinepark.
The park requires guests to send their car registration number and a photo of their ID to the host before check-in.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 22:00.
No swearing or offensive language is allowed anywhere in the park.
A strict speed limit of 15 km/h applies throughout the park, including all vehicles and golf carts.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the property and within the park.
All waste must be placed in black bags and disposed of in the bin provided. No littering is allowed. Guests are kindly asked to keep the home clean and tidy during their stay.
No vehicles heavier than 3 tons are permitted in the park. No vehicle repairs or maintenance may be carried out on communal property. Parking is only allowed in the allocated parking space.
No pets are allowed.
Strictly no fireworks or firearms of any kind are permitted.
Please respect neighbouring properties, lawns and privacy. No stone throwing or any behaviour that may damage property or disturb others is allowed.
Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is before 10:00. Late check-out is only allowed by prior arrangement.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any breakages or issues must be reported immediately.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. The property is strictly non-smoking.
