House Rules

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 10:00. Please note that an additional fee will be charged for check-outs after 10:00.

Damages: Guests are liable for the cost of any damage caused to the property, including bedding, towels, furniture, electronics, the hot tub, pool, cutlery, and crockery.

Smoking Policy: Strictly no smoking indoors. A penalty fee will be applied if evidence of indoor smoking is detected.

Pets: No pets allowed.

Visitors & Parking: No outside visitors are permitted. Please refrain from parking on the grass.

Noise Levels: Noise levels must be kept low between 22:00 and 08:00.

Pool & Hot Tub: * The Kol Kol hot tub is available at the Signature Cottage only.

Swimming pool hours are from 08:00 to 20:00.

Children under 12 may not be left unattended at the pool as there is no lifeguard, pool net, or pool gate.

Security: Please be aware that security cameras are located in common outdoor areas.

Meals & Additional Items
Breakfast: Breakfast is available at an additional cost per person. Please arrange this with the host 48–72 hours before arrival.

Food Baskets: Food baskets are available at an additional cost and must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.

Supplies: All units receive a complimentary bag of wood and two firelighters. Additional wood, firelighters, ice, snack platters, and beverages are available for purchase. Please place your order prior to check-in.
