Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
To respect our neighbours and maintain a peaceful environment, no loud music, excessive noise, or parties are allowed. Unfortunately, day visitors are not permitted. Non-compliance may result in eviction without refund and loss of the breakage deposit.
The breakage deposit covers cleaning, repairs, or replacement costs if the property is left dirty or items are missing or damaged.
Please wash and put away dishes to avoid an additional cleaning fee.
Pet Policy: We welcome up to two well-behaved pets in our pet-friendly houses if arranged in advance.
Pets must be kept off all furniture, especially beds. They must remain on a leash outside the property as required by HOA and municipal rules, and may not be left alone in the house and should not cause a disturbance to neighbours. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after them, including any pet hair. Please bring your own bowls and pet bedding. If these rules are not followed, the breakage deposit may be withheld, in full or in part, to cover additional cleaning or laundry costs.
Smoking of any kind, including vaping, cigarettes, or other substances is strictly prohibited inside the house. If any signs or smells of smoking are detected, the breakage deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds are processed within 14 days. The person who made the reservation will be responsible for any charges exceeding the deposit.
Guests must bring their own beach towels, dishcloths, toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, and trash bags.
Please note that the fireplace is non-functional.
The owner and property manager are not responsible for injuries, loss, damage, theft, or forgotten items.
