Exceptional! We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this beautiful establishment. The accommodations were exquisitely decorated, creating a truly charming atmosphere. Furthermore, the magnificent views from our room provided a breathtaking backdrop to our entire visit. The staff consistently demonstrated a friendly and welcoming demeanor throughout our time here. They even assisted in a birthday surprise on my birthday! We highly recommend this location for a memorable and pleasant experience. Thank you so much!

Romantic getaway. L'Ermitage is situated in a beautiful setting in Franschhoek. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. We will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable. Had a great one-night getaway with my partner. I do feel the pricing is too high but understand that it is supply and demand and most places are like this in the area. A few more personal touches could make it extra special.

Great stay lovely place. Breakfast service was tardy and felt unhygienic and sloppy. Elizabeth at reception was exceptional. The curtains should be able to be opened fully as the views are exceptional.
