Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The rates include cleaning and sanitising before and after your stay, but we kindly request that you leave the property in an acceptable state.
An upfront breakage deposit is required and is to be reflected in the provided account before check-in. This deposit will be transferred back into your specified account once the property has been inspected upon your departure. Accidents do happen and would appreciate it if any breakages could be communicated to us to ensure we replace the items to enable the next guests the same experience.
No smoking is permitted in the house.
Pets are welcome but must be arranged with the host prior to arrival.
