Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
For stays longer than one week, a courtesy mid-stay cleaning service is provided. Additional cleaning and/or linen services can be arranged upon request at an extra cost, if required.
The property offers an inverter system for uninterrupted power during load-shedding (all appliances functional except stove, oven, and tumble dryer).
For your safety and hygiene, the use of a sweat towel in the gym is mandatory.
Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
