Description
Modern Family Villa is a beautiful family holiday home centrally located in the exclusive and popular area of Fresnaye and is situated minutes away from Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, as well as the V&A Waterfront.
This spacious home, has an excellent flow from the large central kitchen, dining room and lounge, which opens onto an enclosed patio that has comfortable outdoor furniture, a dining table and chairs. The outside area is all on one level with a heated pool with a fence, a jungle gym, trampoline and day bed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as an 8-seater breakfast table. The lounge is cosy with comfy seating and a dining space with a fireplace. There is a separate TV lounge for children and for those wanting to get some work done, a separate office and free Wi-Fi are available.
The home has 5 en-suite bedrooms, 4 with air-conditioning. The main suite has direct access to a patio and is furnished with a king-size bed as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath. The second bedroom has a grassed patio and a king-size bed as well as child-only bed, while the third bedroom contains a double bed and the fourth bedroom has a double bed as well as a child-only mattress. The other en-suite bathrooms are either fitted with a shower or a bath or both. The 5th Bedroom is a double bed, ensuite which is on the ground floor flat (no air-con). All linen and towels are provided.
Additionally, there is an indoor entertainment area downstairs that has a table tennis table, foosball and air hockey. The house is situated in a sought-after, wind-free area of Fresnaye, it is secure and the garage has parking for 3 cars.
