House Rules

1. Arrival & Departure
Check-in: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Early or late arrivals outside this window must be arranged in advance.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Please respect this time to allow for professional cleaning. A late check-out fee may apply for unauthorised delays.
2. Occupancy & Guest Policy
The maximum occupancy is 8 adult guests (minors are always welcome at no additional cost). This includes all visitors and overnight stays.
Events are allowed but must be pre-approved in writing. All gatherings must comply with guest limits and noise rules.
No loud and disruptive parties are allowed (quiet hours after 10 pm). Any unauthorised party or disruptive gathering will result in disciplinary action, which may be reported to your Booking App and may further impact your stay.
3. Quiet Hours & Noise
Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Please be respectful of our neighbours. Keep music, voices, and other noises at a considerate volume at all times. Excessive noise complaints may result in penalties.
4. Smoking, Vaping & E-Cigarettes
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are allowed but are strictly limited to outdoor areas only.
Please dispose of all cigarette butts properly in designated outdoor waste bins.
Smoking is never permitted inside the home. A minimum deep-cleaning fee of $30 will be charged for any indoor smoking.
5. Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed at Pinnacle Haven for general bookings.
In accordance with Airbnb/Booking.com policy and local law, we welcome and reasonably accommodate service animals at no extra charge. Please notify us in advance if you will be accompanied by a registered service animal.
6. Commercial Photography & Filming
Commercial photography and filming are allowed with prior written approval from the host. Please contact us via the Booking App to discuss details, potential fees, and location guidelines.
7. Property Care & Safety
Please switch off all lights, air conditioning/heating, and appliances (except refrigerators) when checking out.
Close and lock all windows and doors when leaving the property.
Do not rearrange furniture or remove any items from the home other than for outside use-based items/furniture.
Fire Safety: Do not disable smoke or carbon monoxide alarms. Familiarise yourself with fire extinguisher locations.
8. Parking & Trash
Parking is available for 5 vehicles (2 vehicles inside the garages and 3 outside in the driveway).
Please place all trash in the sealed bins provided outside the house, by the driveway in front of the main garage, upon departure, to prevent pests.
9. Damages & Lost Items
Report any accidental damage or maintenance issues immediately.
Lost & Found: We are not responsible for personal items left behind. Contact us promptly, and we can arrange for shipping at the guest's expense.
