Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Pirate's Landing can accommodate a maximum of 14 people.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Please note that sections of the house are accessed via stairs.
Guests please need to check-in at the office; from here you will be directed to the property.
Please bring your own lanterns or lights in case of load shedding.
The right of admission is reserved by management.
Guests take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during the rental period; whether by occupants or guests.
Premises and all equipment are used at own risk, and Etna's Accommodation and/or the home-owners will not be held responsible for any losses or damages during the stay.
Only the permitted number of people, children included, are allowed on the property. If the capacity is exceeded, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
No 21st, matric, or loud parties are allowed.
No under 21's without proper adult supervision will be allowed.
No refunds for shortened stays.
