This is an upstairs apartment with an open balcony and staircase; children must be supervised by parents at all times.
No laundry or towels may be hung over the balcony or windows.
No extra guests are permitted overnight.
No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms (sealed bottled water is permitted).
Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
An additional fee applies for cleaning.
Guests stay at their own risk. The owners are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage during the stay. Use of the stairs, balcony, or other facilities is at guests’ discretion.
