Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
These rules will be strictly enforced.
Please note that this apartment is fully equipped for self-catering.
Please note the following:
We require a breakage deposit. If there are no damages, losses, or defects, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days. Please note that if the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the guest who made the booking will be held responsible for the full cost of any damage, losses, or defects.
Students / matriculants:
Our unit is preferably NOT AVAILABLE to accommodate them, as significant damage was caused in the past due to parties that were held.
Other guests are welcome to book during the matriculant / student season. Reduced rates will apply for families. [Please enquire for more information.]
The person who makes the booking through LekkeSlaap will be held fully responsible for any defects, any damage, and any items that are missing or have been lost. A form will be sent to the guest in advance to inform them of their liability.
4.This UNIT is not suitable for any parties or functions. Normal family visits are permitted.
5.This unit is protected by the Lord Jesus Christ; it belongs to Him. No irregularities, ungodly activities, or ungodly behaviour will be permitted.
6.No smoking is allowed inside the unit.
7.A cleaning service can be provided at an additional cost if arranged in advance.
8.Please note that WiFi is not available and signal reception is very poor in the area.
9.Limited toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc., as well as towels, are provided.
10. A breakage/damage deposit may be required in certain cases.
