Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00. No parties or events allowed.

Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Treat the house, appliances, and furniture with care.
Indoor fireplace and braai must be used responsibly; no open flames or candles outside designated areas.
Keep windows and doors locked when away.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially on balconies and stairs.
Guests are required to provide valid identification and full names before check-in.
Access details will be shared once guest verification has been completed.
