Estate living: Kindly read and follow the Langezandt Village Estate rules we’ll share with you — they help keep everyone happy and safe.
TV-free by design: We’re a TV-free house to encourage proper switch-off time. Please feel free to bring your own screen or device for private viewing.
Front door heads-up: Be gentle with the deadbolt — don’t turn the lock mechanism fully or you may accidentally lock yourself out.
Filtered water only: Please only use the filter water tap at the kitchen sink when filling the kettle (your tea will thank you).
Post-beach ritual: After sandy adventures, give feet a quick rinse at the outside tap or shower before heading indoors.
Rubbish: Rubbish can be taken out daily before 14:00 and placed under the tree in front of the house.
Car safety: Please keep your car locked at all times and avoid leaving valuables on display.
Fridge clear-out: Before you head off, please take all leftover food with you and don’t leave any food in the fridge.
Checkout made easy: Used towels can be left on the floor. No need to make beds or strip linen — housekeeping has it covered.
Our home: This is a much-loved family beach house. Please treat it with the same care and respect you’d want for your own.
