Important Property Information & Terms
The property is equipped with an inverter and rechargeable lights.
The property is not wheelchair friendly.
Maximum occupancy: 3 guests. Please do not exceed this number.
Children of all ages are welcome; however, there are no safety barriers or pool nets. Children must be supervised at all times. The owners and management accept no liability.
Please bring your own baby cot and high chair.
Linen, bath towels and beach/swimming towels are provided. Please do not use bath towels at the pool or beach.
WiFi is included. The TV is a smart TV.
No pets allowed.
No smoking indoors. Use the ashtray provided and do not discard cigarette butts in the garden, patio, or toilets.
This is a high fire-risk area. No open fires are permitted and no fires may be left unattended.
No parties, events, loud music, or unruly behaviour. Quiet hours apply after 22h00. The property is in a residential area and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Eviction may occur without refund if rules are not respected.
Only toilet paper and human waste may be flushed. Any blockages will be for the tenant’s account.
Housekeeping is available on request at an additional cost (subject to availability).
This is a fully self-catering property. Guests must supply their own consumables.
Payments & Fees
The final rental amount must be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Additional fees:
R1 250 management fee
R2 000 refundable breakages deposit
Breakages deposit:
International guests: payable in cash on arrival
South African residents: payable via EFT prior to arrival
Late check-in fee: R250 cash for arrivals after 18h00.
A cleaning surcharge may apply if the property is not left in reasonable condition or if check-out is later than the agreed time.
