1. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed on the booking.

4. No smoking indoors.
5. No pets allowed on the premises..
6. Quiet hours from 22h00.
7. No illegal substances on thease premises.
8. No parties and unauthorized events.
9. Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform us asap and work with host to find reasonable solution.
10. Guests are expected to pay reasonable request for reimbursement if there responsible for damage or missing items.
11. Check in and check out hours should be adhere too unless pre-approved.
