House Rules
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (a small fee required). Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. If you do smoke on the veranda, please make sure the doors are closed.
On long-term stays of 28 days or more, top-up of electricity will be for your account.
The property offers a cleaning and laundry service for our towels and linen.
For all bookings greater than 7 nights, the apartment will be serviced and the linen will be changed during your stay. Therefore, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
