Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R250 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking is not permitted on the property. Loud parties and gatherings with visitors are not allowed, and overnight visitors are not permitted. Guests are requested to keep noise and music to a minimum and switch off all music by 22:00 to respect neighbours.
The cleaning fee applies to stays of up to one week and is included in the booking amount. For longer stays, an additional weekly cleaning fee applies, which includes fresh linen and towels.
The self-catering unit provides one set of linen and bath towels for every five days of stay. A cleaning service can also be arranged on request at an additional cost and must be booked in advance.
