No loud music after 23:00. Please be considerate of other residents.
A laundry room and washing line are available on the premises near the apartment. No clothing may be hung outside the apartment or over railings on the lawn.
Please bring your own swimming towels.
No dogs are allowed.
Guests may only use charcoal on the braai on the lawn — no wood fires.
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the apartment. No open flames inside the apartment.
If guests are particular about their braai grids, they should please bring their own.
Keep the apartment tidy and neat.
Dishes must be washed, and the kitchen and living areas must be kept clean. All dishes must be washed before departure.
If stains are made on linen, carpets, or furniture, it is the responsibility of the guests to clean them.
No large parties on the lawn. Please be considerate of other owners regarding noise on the lawn.
No fish water, oil, or grease may be poured down the drains.
Guests are responsible for removing and cleaning hair from the shower.
Refuse bags must be placed in black bags in the refuse room and may not be left at the apartment door or in the corridors.
