Peaceful and comfortable off grid stay. We had an amazing stay. Riaan has made such an effort with the glamping tent, and with no WiFi, you really disconnect. Close enough to go to the stargazing and SALT tours, but out of town in the peaceful farm setting. Riaan was a great host too.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure all was well with our campsite and our enjoyment of their beautiful farm. The children loved being around the farm animals and also being able to spend time with the hosts when closing the sheep up at night. Our daughter fell ill on our first night and they were kind enough to contact the doctor in town to arrange an appointment for us, which ended up saving the rest of our eight-day trip. The nature is so unique and beautiful, the tent is really luxurious, private and even cool on a hot day. The layout of the outdoor areas is 10 out of ten. The swimming pool was a hit and the host very friendly and helpful. The only negative point is the fact that we stayed too short, hopelessly too short. Book for at least 3 nights or more. This is the ideal place to switch off and just relax, and it is not far from Sutherland. We went stargazing in Sutherland one night and returned late. Felt safe on the way back on the dark farm road.
