Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A once-off breakage deposit of R1000 is levied on every confirmed booking and is fully refundable within 3-5 working days from departure if the property and its contents are in the same condition as it was found. The owner reserves the right to claim for breakages that exceed the value of the breakage deposit amount.
