During Your Stay
No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed outdoors.
No parties or loud gatherings, especially after 10:00 PM — please respect our neighbours.
Children are welcome, but must be supervised around the pool, fire pit, braai, and games room.
Guests under 23 may not stay without adult supervision.
No pets unless prior permission has been granted.
Guests are welcome to use the braai, garden, pool, and fire pit — always clean up and never leave fires unattended.
Games room: Treat all equipment carefully and return items to their proper place.
Care & Cleaning
The house will be clean on arrival — please leave it tidy.
Housekeeping can be arranged in advance, covering cleaning the house, the braai area, making beds, and washing dishes. Laundry service is not provided.
An additional cleaning fee (R3000) may apply if the property is left excessively dirty. Please do not allow pets on furniture or beds; cover furniture with towels if necessary.
Damage & Breakages
Accidents happen — please report any damage immediately so it can be addressed.
Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear. This includes damage caused by pets, the garden, furniture, or linens. Costs will be quoted and sent to you.
Safety
Supervise children near the pool, braai, and fire pit at all times.
No glass near the pool or fire pit — please use plastic glasses.
Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
Liability
The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
Guests use all facilities (including the pool and fire pit) at their own risk.
Cancellations & Early Departures
Cancellations and refunds follow the policy listed on your booking.
No refunds for unused nights or early check-outs.
Before You Leave
Check that you have all your belongings.
Turn off lights, appliances, fans, and heaters.
Close windows and lock all doors.
