The stay was ok. The only thing I wasn't happy about is that there was no mop, and when I did request, I did not get the assistance needed. Also, where the bed is located, I can hear people boxing at the gym.

Beware: Wrong WiFi details, no pre-paid electricity, no toilet paper.

The place is beautiful, however, wrong info is given to connect to WiFi. You need to contact them. But worst is no toilet paper and no warnings. There was no pre-paid electricity from 9pm till the next day, which I thought was load shedding. I had to contact security to understand what was wrong. I was cut off from international meetings, stayed in the dark, and all my devices were flat by the next morning, affecting my work. I was not there on holiday, but business. Security personnel are great.

Not as amazing as it could've been!

The location is pristine, boasting breathtaking views. However, the most disappointing aspect was the subpar customer service and the absence of WiFi during our four-day stay. Regrettably, the owner seemed disinterested in addressing this issue, as my attempts to contact them went unanswered.

Value for money gem.

It was fabulous. The location and the venue itself were fantastic. The only downside was that the WiFi didn't work; however, we didn't inform the managers because it wasn't that troublesome. We will come back to this venue because everything about it just works. There are good restaurants close by, you have a great view of the city and mountain, and you have the pool right next to your room.

Very nice. We did not have any issues with checking in, electricity or other issues. The location and mountain view is great.

Our stay was fabulous with a gorgeous view, and the apartment was exceptionally clean. We will definitely be back.

The penthouse at 1706 Four Seasons was extremely clean and in a perfect location. The room is close to the pool and the views are amazing. Will definitely book again in the future.

Ruim kamer met mooi uitsig, maar hoogs onprofessionele ontvangs.

Die kamer is ruim en baie netjies met 'n lieflike uitsig op die berg. Die omgewing is egter minder vriendelik, maar as jy net slaap en die res van jou dae elders spandeer, is dit 'n ideale oornagfasiliteit. Die parkering onder die gebou sorg vir gemoedsrus m.b.t. jou motor. Die ontvangstoonbank word deur 'n sekuriteitsman en -vrou (ook vermoedelik van sekuriteit) beman. Die onsekerheid ons die kamernommer het konflik veroorsaak en was werklik onsmaaklik. 'n Persoon by die ontvangstoonbank van 'n hotel het nog nooit voorheen verbaal aggressief teenoor my opgetree nie, hierdie was die eerste keer. Die ontvangs en professionaliteit van die personeellid laat dus veel te wense oor. 'n Onbehulpsame houding hoort glad nie in die gasvryheidsbedryf nie. Ek sal nie weer hier oorbly nie, al was die kamer en uitsig lieflik.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a pleasure to have a dishwasher and a washing machine available to use. It was also great to have a shower and a bath in the bathroom. Will definitely return, this place is a gem!
