House Rules
There is a manual in the house with important information, such as Wi-Fi and local attractions.
The house should be left in the same condition when guests leave, please.
A refundable breakages deposit is required on booking and will be refunded to guests, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
All appliances, such as the stove and oven must be turned off after use, please.
No noise after 20:00. Please respect the neighbours.
The key must be left in the key box.
No parties allowed.
Children under the age of 18 may not book.
Guests may not book on behalf of others.
Children under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.
