House Rules
The rates include extras such as filtered water daily, rusks on arrival, and free drop-off and collection of guests' laundry, payable on laundry rates.
Guests are required to bring their own towels. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and non-paying visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. Water should be used sparingly due to low dam levels. Guests may bring one small pet by prior arrangement with the host. Bed linen is included, and full DStv is provided.
Please note that a minimum stay of three nights applies over long weekends.
Guests staying in the chalets are required to pay a refundable breakage deposit of R500.
Reserved wood (boma) or gas (poolside) braai facilities are available at an additional cost for adults and children over 12 years. This includes all braai utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, salad bowls, roasters, firelighters, wood, and charcoal. Bookings must be made and paid for in advance.
Catering services are available through our in-house caterers, who can accommodate special dietary requirements and allergies. Meals can be arranged for groups of five or more guests, with options for breakfast, lunch, lunch packs, and dinner from a set menu. Braai facilities and catered meals are payable at the establishment and are not included in the accommodation rate.
Strong alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Smoking is only allowed outdoors in the garden. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. No celebrations or group events are permitted. Only guests with confirmed accommodation bookings are allowed on the premises. Staff are not available on Sundays.
Children under 6 stay free, while older children are accommodated at adjusted rates depending on the unit and sleeping arrangements.
Bookings must be confirmed at least two days before arrival. Late arrivals are not permitted after 22:00 unless prior arrangements have been made.
