Very comfortable unit, close to the sea and restaurants.

Only disappointing thing, the DSTV did not work after loadshedding. Contacted the name given to us, they said that they would phone back in 5 minutes. They never did, that's just rude! Also, the picture on the website is not exactly accurate. The unit is situated at the back of the photograph.

Good day Gary, Thank you for your review.
Nico, was aware that you phoned him after load shedding but unfortunately due to the time, there was no business open to have a look at the DSTV decoder, Nico did go and have a look on Sunday and the DSTV was working. We do ask our sincere apology for this and will make a note that after load shedding the DSTV must just be rebooted again. Regarding the View I did update the Photo because it is just a view of how the building looks from far away. Because Ocean 1 is one building with separate apartments inside. but there are also Photos from the view inside and on the balcony of Alista. Also in the description, it also says that sea view from the side.

The safe location, the sound of the waves and the visibility and nearness to the beach was the highlight.

As my son is a surfer, the closeness to the beach and the view of the waves from the balcony made it the perfect location for him. The rest of us were happy to sit around and walk on the beach. The place was very clean but it is unfortunate that the smell of the restaurant is right next to the window. Also, our television did not work but we did enjoy the stay - location and view are stunning with the sound of the waves.

Absoluut fantasties, baie goeie ligging veral as mens klein kinders het.

Ons het 'n fantastiese tyd gehad en kan nie wag om weer terug te gaan nie. Sal dit vir seker aanbeveel.

Vir die geld nie heeltemal die moeite werd nie.

Geweldig gesukkel met 'n parkering. Twee dae kon ons by plek stop, toe allokeer hulle ons na 'n plek voor iemand se woning, maar heeltyd het daar iemand op parkering gestaan. Was nagmerrie. Vir daardie tipe geld verwag jy ordentlike geallokeerde parkeerplek naby jou plek. Kan ook gerus iets doen aan netheid van voorportaal na trappe. Mense bly opgooi daar en die vloere stink. Netheid na woonstel vuil en smelly. Kan bietjie meer skoonmaakdienste per week aanbied.

Beste Mariska,
Soms gebeur dit dat ander mense op geallokeerde parkeerings staan, indien dit onder ons aandag gebring word dan sal ons dit dadelik uitsorteer. In verband met die braking in voorportaal, ons was van niks bewus nie en dit kan nie gereeld gebeur nie aangesien daar net 3 gesinne in die gebou is maar ons sal ter enige tyd as iemand so iets onder ons aandag bring die probleem dadelik aanspreek. Ons verhuur self sorg eenhede en daarom word daar nie daagliks skoon gemaak nie maar slegs elke 7 dae, indien u ekstra skoonmaak wou gehad het kon u dit versoek het by kantoor teen n ekstra fooi. Indien u tydens verblyf navraag gedoen het oor eksta skoonmaak kon ons vir u dit gereel het.
