Please note that sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke outside in designated areas.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of registered service animals.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours must be observed between 23:00 and 07:00.
Please note that card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or when funds are returned to a credit card.
