Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A Departure Cleaning Fee is charged per booking.
The body corporate of Dolphin Beach enforces strict regulations; therefore, we require a copy of the ID or driver's license for all guests staying at the property.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Smoking is not allowed.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount is determined by the quality of the establishment and is applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00.
