Once the booking is confirmed, the property requires a copy of the guest’s ID and a completed online information and indemnity form.
No prior viewings of the unit are permitted.
Guests stay at their own risk. The property, its owners, and staff are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, health issues, or deaths that may occur on the premises.
The property is not responsible for lost, misplaced, forgotten, or stolen items. Guests are advised to keep their belongings secure.
Guests must use the premises responsibly and comply with all safety guidelines.
Any damages caused by a guest are their full responsibility. Breakages are charged at replacement cost and must be settled via card payment before check-out. A price list of items is provided before arrival and displayed in the unit. Lost keys and lock replacement costs must also be settled before check-out.
By staying at the property, guests indemnify and hold the property harmless against any claims, compensation, or costs arising from their stay.

A curfew applies. All guests must return by 23:30, after which the doors are locked. Exceptions may be arranged in advance with management.
The property maintains a friendly and professional environment. Rude or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
The unit is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges.
Bed linen, towels, and swimming towels are provided.
No visitors, persons under the age of 18, or pets are allowed.
Guests are requested to keep the unit tidy and leave it in the same condition as received.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. Smoking is allowed on the outside patio only.
The unit has a shower only. The bath is not available due to water conservation, and the plug has been removed. Guests may not bring their own plug.
Guests may bring their own drinks and enjoy them in moderation. Violence, drugs, or excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted. Offenders will be required to leave immediately without a refund. Music must be turned off by 20:30.
The swimming pool is available for use at guests’ own risk. Please inform management in advance so the net and cover can be removed. Guests are welcome to enjoy the verandas with mountain views.
No braai facilities are available. The property is located approximately 1.5 km from restaurants and takeaway options.
There are no dishwashing facilities in the unit. Please place dirty dishes in the “Dirty Dishes” basket by the glass door. Dishes will be cleaned and returned the same day.
If an iron and an ironing board are required, please inform the property in advance. These will be placed outside the glass door.
For stays longer than 2 days, the unit will be serviced on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays under management supervision, only when guests are not present. Guests must ensure valuables are stored securely when leaving the property.
A second bedroom with a double bed is available at an additional nightly cost. Please message in advance to arrange this option and receive a quote.
No loud music or noise is permitted.
