Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Maximum of 4 guests allowed.
No smoking, vaping, pets, or parties. Quiet hours after 22:00.
Guests are responsible for cleaning and laundry during their stay. Optional cleaning can be arranged at the guest’s cost.
All kitchen equipment, braai, and appliances must be cleaned after use.
The property must be kept clean, tidy, and in the same condition as received. No tampering with appliances or utilities.
No items may be removed from the property. Guests must bring their own beach towels.
Security is the guest’s responsibility. Do not allow access to unknown persons.
Windows and doors must be closed when necessary due to weather.
One garage and one outdoor parking space are provided. Park considerately.
Use caution with open flames and gas braai.
Any breakages, shortages, or damages must be reported and will be for the guest’s account.
No guests under 21, students, or school leavers without parental supervision.
Check-in from 14:00 via gate code and key safe. Inventory and appliances must be checked on arrival.
Check-out by 10:00. Inventory must be rechecked, fridge emptied, items cleaned and returned, property locked, and keys returned.
