Guests must adhere to the confirmed check-in and check-out times.
The number of guests booked may not be exceeded; maximum occupancy is 6.
No loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour is permitted. Body corporate rules apply, and noise must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.
Ensure all rubbish is removed and placed in the designated bins before departure.
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Leave the apartment neat and tidy as found on arrival.
Wash all dishes, empty the fridge, and return items to cupboards or shelves before departure.
On departure, return keys to the lockbox and scramble the code.
