House Rules
Check-in: From 14:00.
Check-out: By 10:00. Please note that a fee will be charged for unauthorised late check-outs.
Damages: Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property, including bedding, towels, furniture, electronics, hot tub, pool, cutlery, and crockery.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Smoking: Strictly no smoking indoors. A penalty fee will be charged if indoor smoking is detected.
Swimming Pool: * Open from 08:00 to 20:00.
Children under 12 must be supervised at all times as there is no lifeguard on duty, no pool net, and no pool gates.
Visitors: No outside visitors are allowed.
Parking: Please do not park on the grass.
Noise Policy: Quiet hours are to be observed between 22:00 and 08:00.
Security: Please be aware that there are security cameras in common outdoor areas.
Additional Services
Meals: Breakfast and food baskets are available at an additional cost and must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.
Supplies: Each unit receives a complimentary bag of wood and firelighters. Additional wood, firelighters, ice, movie night snack platters, and beverages are available for purchase. Please place your order prior to check-in.
