House Rules

Children aged between 0 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
No loud music or parties will be allowed, as this is a tranquil luxury estate and we need to respect neighbouring cottages.
Quite a time between 22:00 and 06:00.
Daily cleaning of the cottages can be requested at an additional fee per day.

If you are making a group booking, this must be discussed and arranged with management before your booking.

No corporate or group bookings are allowed, unless clarified and agreed in writing by the management of the estate.

Late arrivals can be accommodated. The estate is 24-hour access-controlled, and security can greet guests and direct them.
