Love the views from the balcony. However, I think the owner should get the aircon fixed as it gets very hot in the summertime, and sleeping with the sliding door open has risks, especially if it is a windy night. One of the giant red bed pillows smelled like cat urine, and the bed sheets were very creased. The building owner(s) or body corporate should consider cleaning the pool as it is green and dirty. One would suppose it would be cleaned as it is the festive season? Not sure why they have cleaners for the complex on duty as the pool is part of the main attraction.

Groot negatief is die beskikbaarheid van basiese TV - of vir musiek of vir nuus en aktuele sake. Hoef nie DSTV en veral nie Netflix te wees nie, maar ek wil na 'n dag buite net weet wat in die wereld daar buite aangaan. SABC en eNEWS sal werk.

Lekker gebly, maar die huisbak was stukkend en die 16de vloer was ver. Sou dit waardeer het as die verhuurder dit aan ons bekend gemaak het voor ons bespreek het. Dit sal problematies wees vir ouer mense/mense met klein kindertjies. Uit gesprekke met die sekuriteitspersoneel is die stukkende huisbakke al 'n geruime tyd 'n probleem.

Our stay at Icon luxury studio apartments was a great experience. From our safe and secure parking to our lovely apartment, as well as the availability of having a grocery store in the vicinity. It felt like home away from home and I'm happy with the service.

Perfek vir 2 mense wat Kaapstad self wil verken of vir besigheidsreisiger wat in middestad moet wees. Loopafstand van V&A waterfront by wyse van 'n veilige voetgangerspad.

Baie goeie ligging vir die wat die CTICC wil besoek.

Gesukkel met die inklok. Nie geweet waarheen om te gaan nie. Sou ook daarvan gehou het as die storte en vensters/mure skoner gehou word vir daardie prys. Maar ons het baie lekker gebly en het alles gehad wat mens nodig het.

Heerlik gekuier, beste stort, beste bed.

The apartment has everything one could need and is very safe. Nabu is to be commended for her excellent customer service. Thank you for making our stay special. The only drawback was the bed which was rather uncomfortable and the cause of a backache. Centrally located and close to wonderful restaurants.

Spacious, well equipped and convenient.

We had a fabulous stay. Needing to be in close proximity to CTICC for daily work, it was perfect, and we could literally walk. It was a bonus having our own secure underground parking bay too! The lovely host met us personally and took us through instructions. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for self-catering. Loved the views over the city from the 16th floor! Even though it was the height of winter, it was warm in the apartment, and the hot water was amazing! Great Wi-Fi which was super important for our work was an added plus! Would highly recommend a stay for either business or pleasure! We will certainly stay here again!

In die stad maar minute se veilige stap na die Waterfront. In die stadsgeraas maar doodstil binne in die netjiese eenheid met alle geriewe wat werk!

Baie gemaklik.

Die diens van die personeel was uitstekend en het die proses baie vergemaklik. Dit was presies waarvoor ons gehoop het en meer.
