Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Check-in time is not before 14:00. Check-out time is 10:00.
A booking for 2 people includes the Fynbos room and the self-catering living area and kitchen. Add the Seashells room for another 2 people and the Ocean room for 2 more people. Additional fees apply.
No smoking in the house.
No pets are allowed.
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
No breakage deposit is payable for the units.
A cleaning fee of R450 applies per unit booked.
Booking multiple units will therefore come with an additional cleaning fee after the first unit. The cleaning fee for the Kaalvoet Villa is R900.
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 applies for the Villa and group bookings in the units.
We will, however, sincerely appreciate the report and replacement of any breakages or damages.
We kindly request that guests leave the facilities in the same condition it was entrusted to them.
Please arrange with the owners should you receive and entertain guests on the premises.
Kaalvoet is situated in a residential area with a green fynbos belt on one side. Guests should please respect the environment at all times.
The house is equipped with an alarm system, and the area is patrolled by Yzerfontein Armed Response.
Please take note that Yzerfontein has no full-time medical practitioner on call but has the professional services of a very reliable medical response team.
