Gesin met klein kinders

Die bedrag betaal is nie waarde vir geld nie, kon goedkoper iewers anders reg ko.

Nie soos advertensie, huis is nie losstaande nie. Eienaar met kinders bly op perseel. Net deur wat jou skei van hul hoofhuis. Min privaatheid. Nie agtertuin tot jou beskikking, dis reg op die area waar jy bly se vensters. Mure voor vreeslik laag, nie troeteldier vriendelik. Jou hond sal dalk daar oor kan spring. Voel nie gemaklik vir kindertjies se veiligheid met groot hond langs met die mure so laag dat die hond baie maklik kan oorspring. Toilette spoel moeilik, sommige muurproppe buite werking, WiFi was van tyd tot tyd af / baie stadig / onbruikbaar. Mat in sitkamer area moet gewas word.

The photos as shown on the website are what you are renting. The house in the back was not advertised as part of this advertisement nor was the garden in the back. Yes, the owners do live on the property, but we respect guest privacy, and the two homes are operated independently.

The building regulations in Jacobsbaai restrict the wall height hence the lower walls. The area in general is very pet friendly and animals are welcome. The neighbour's dog next door is professionally trained and does not jump over the wall (it has never done so in the 12 years we have stayed on the property).

There were two wall plugs in the kitchen that were an issue. As explained to you on arrival, this was discovered during the festive season while there were occupants in the house and no electricians worked during this period.

Not sure what the issue with the WiFi was. You were encouraged to report any issues during your stay, which were not reported at all. It is a fibre connection with 50MB availability.

Jacobsbaai uses a conservancy tank system for sewage which is part of the development conditions for the area.

None of these issues were reported during or directly after your stay.
