Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Access to the property is via stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
The property does not have a backup power supply during loadshedding; however, rechargeable lights are available.
Full payment must be completed prior to arrival in accordance with booking requirements. Additional applicable fees and refundable deposits must be settled as required, with specific arrangements for international and local guests.
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability and additional requirements.
Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests permitted for the property and may not be exceeded at any time.
Guests are advised to take care when travelling with children, as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. The apartment is situated on the upper level of the complex. The owners and property management accept no liability for any incidents or accidents.
Guests travelling with infants are required to bring their own baby equipment, including a camp cot and high chair.
Linen and towels are provided. Bath towels are reserved for indoor use and may not be used for beach or outdoor purposes.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Cigarettes must be disposed of responsibly using designated ashtrays and not on patios, in gardens, or in toilets.
Unruly or disruptive behaviour may result in eviction without refund. Parties and events are not permitted. The property is situated in a residential complex and guests are expected to respect neighbours at all times. Noise levels must be kept low throughout the day, with quiet hours observed after 22h00.
The property must be left in a reasonable condition upon departure. Additional cleaning may be required if this standard is not met.
Housekeeping services are not included and are available on request, subject to availability.
This is a self-catering property. Guests are required to provide their own consumable items.
All amenities, facilities, and services provided form part of the house rules and must be used responsibly at all times.
All applicable conservation or property-related fees must be clearly displayed and will apply as required.
