All facilities are used at the guests’ own discretion. The owner and manager do not accept any liability or legal responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury sustained by guests or their visitors as a result of using the property’s facilities.
Guests are requested to avoid causing any disturbance or excessive noise that may affect the comfort and peace of others. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in a fine.
Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the garages, which remain locked. Parking is available in the driveway, with space for up to 3 vehicles.
