House Rules
A standard key and breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflected in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest's account.
If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a minimum fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
This complex has a very strict no-noise policy, which also entails that no shouting, loud talking or any noise disturbance will be allowed in the hallways or when moving around in the public areas within the complex. When inside the apartment, the doors and windows to the corridors are to always be kept closed as sound travels easily through the building. All sound (voice or TV) within the apartment should be kept very low at all times, no music or visitors are allowed, as this is a residential building that only allows peace and quiet.
All guests are personally met to complete the check-in process, which is scheduled by the hour in advance on a first-come, first-served basis between 14:00 and 18:00. As multiple properties are managed and the team is not based on-site, accommodating specific preferred times may not always be possible; however, every effort will be made to meet guest preferences. Please note that for check-ins after 18:00, an additional fee is payable upon arrival before keys are handed over.
