OU MAAT 1 is one of three units and can accommodate 4 guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, and a living area with a single sleeper couch and a double sleeper couch. There is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as prepaid air conditioning in the living area and a fan in the bedroom. Guests have access to the recreational area with a swimming pool, a braai, and a fire pit. Ou Maat is private and has its own entrance.

The air conditioning operates on a prepaid system. Guests are required to upload their purchased units before use.
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit
Guests must bring their own towels.
Loud noise and music are not allowed.
Parties are not permitted and will not be tolerated.
All windows must be kept closed when guests are not in the unit, to prevent baboons from entering. Any resulting damage will be the guest’s responsibility.
Furniture, such as chairs, may not be used outside.
Nothing may be removed from the pool, including the chlorine dispenser.
Guests are kindly requested to wash and pack away all dishes and to remove all black bin bags before departure.
No wood may be taken from the bush for use as firewood.
Please do not tamper with the pool equipment, pump, water inlet valve, switches, or timer, and do not remove any equipment. The pool operates automatically, and the timer is set for a reason to switch on and off at specific times.
Equipment (such as the white pool flap and chlorine) is placed in the water for a specific purpose.
The owners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury occurring on the property.
Any guests who arrive without being included in the original booking will be charged an additional fee per night.
Guests are responsible for supervising children in and around the pool.

Ou Maat 2 is one of three units and can accommodate 2 people and is equipped with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a bathroom, and a camp-style kitchen fitted with a microwave, fridge, single-plate gas stove (no oven), kettle, crockery, pots, a pan, and cutlery. There is also a covered braai area. A sparkling plunge pool is available for cooling off in the heat, and Ou Maat 2 also features a prepaid air-conditioner.
