Penguin House

Celebrated my daughter's birthday. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful house with amazing views. The house had everything we needed. The penguins in the backyard were a treasure. Lots of little touches that were really appreciated. Would definitely go back.

Penguin Huis is heerlik toegerus met genoeg spasie vir almal. Ongelooflike uitsig en so spesiaal met al die pikkewyne in jou tuin.

Beautiful view, unfortunately no privacy.

Not very private with everyone coming to view the penguins and overlooking the house, so sitting outside to enjoy the view is not an option, also some people just enter the property to view the penguins. The blue couch and carpet in the living room are disgusting. Roof in the one bathroom is leaking when raining. Otherwise, the house is very beautiful and we enjoyed the view early mornings and late evenings. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Main beach is a bit far if you have to travel with little ones.

It was absolutely amazing. The house and surroundings are stunning and we had a great time.

Pikkewynparadys!

Penguin House is binne die bewarea geleë met die allerbeste uitsig oor die baai. Die pikkewyne is oral in die tuin en kan nogal pikkewyngeluide maak, dag en nag! Vir ons was dit 'n fees maar vir mense wat absolute stilte soek sal dit dalk pla. Die huis is baie goed ingerig, skoon en netjies met als wat mens nodig het. Die WiFi is baie stadig maar dit het ons nie gepla nie. Ons was daar vir rus en die pikkewyne en kormorante het ure se kyk genot verskaf. Die huis is vir families wat hou van saam dinge doen. Daar is baie speletjies, tafeltennis en selfs fietse! Dit was absoluut die moeite werd. Die kaggeltjie was 'n bonus. Kan nie wag om weer daar te gaan kuier nie.

Special experience.

The house is lovely - very practical and homely. Of course my favourite part was the fact that the back garden was filled with penguins - incredibly special. A word of warning though - they can get a bit noisy at night so if nature and animals are not your 'thing' then this special blessing may not be for you. There are stern warnings of crime in the area which were a bit daunting - in the same breath I felt quite safe and felt that the warnings were more to create awareness.
