There are strict noise policies in place, so please refrain from making excessive noise or playing loud music, especially after 21:00 and on the deck.
Please keep in mind that only the number of guests who have reserved the house is permitted to use the facilities. Day visitors are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please report any broken or damaged equipment so that it can be repaired as soon as possible.
The accommodation does not include the garage, the upstairs office or the annexe. However, there is parking for 2 cars on the driveway as well as on the road outside the property.
