- A R600,00 breakage deposit is payable directly to Tendeni Lodge with confirmation of booking before check-in. For foreign payments, additional bank transfer fees will apply.
- Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
- Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
- On request and at an additional cost, children under the age of 18 can be accommodated on a stretcher and for the more adventurous, a rooftop tent.
- Children over the age of 18 will be charged at the adult rate.
- No smoking is permitted inside the units.
- A strict swimming pool applies; children under the age of 13 must be supervised at all times, jumping, running, and noise around the swimming pool, and glass in or around the swimming pool is not allowed.
- Please respect the animals, as wild animals can be dangerous.
- Loud music, excessive noise, or parties are not allowed.
- Day visitors are allowed with prior arrangement and at management’s discretion.
- A 3-night stay is applicable for long weekends.
- Walking and cycling on the trails is allowed, but rules apply.
- Private vehicles may not drive in the veld.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own firewood or take some from the veld; fire and braai wood can be bought at the lodge.
- Tendeni Private Lodge or any person related to do not accept responsibility for any injuries, death, loss, theft or any damage during or after visiting the lodge.
- Please note, there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire about the road's condition before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- 3 bags of wood and 1 bag of ice are available upon arrival at R100.00 per unit.
