Only guests whose names appear on the booking will be granted access to the premises.

Guests must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with acceptable standards of behaviour. Any unacceptable conduct may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet hours are to be observed between 22:00 and 08:00.
Laundry may not be hung on balconies or in any area visible from outside the building or neighbouring sections.
Items such as buckets, mops, brooms, and refuse bags may not be placed on balconies.
Refuse may not be left in front of apartment doors or in fire escape areas.
No alcohol is permitted on the rooftop
