The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The unit has a dedicated patio area and a Weber braai for some outdoor time. This is a non-smoking/vaping property. Local amenities such as shops and restaurants are within close proximity, with a choice of wine farms in the surrounding areas, and off course, famous Cape Town landmarks.

Guests stay on the property at their own risk, and no responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage to guest/s' or rentee/s or visitor/s' property or their person.
Daily street parking from 08:00 to 18:00, to allow garage access. Secure behind-gate parking after hours.
The pool on the property is available for in-house guests to use between 09:00 and 19:00.
Pool towels will be provided.
For security, ensure that gates, windows and doors are locked behind you.
No illegal substances or weapons are allowed on the property.
No open flames or candles are allowed in the units.
Kindly consider the privacy of other guests.
No private functions, wedding receptions or office parties.
No bridal photography.
No loud music.
No children.
Smoking/vaping prohibited.
No pets.
Guests may only receive visitors onto the property with the owner’s permission.
Guests’ visitors are not allowed to sleep over.
Kindly turn off fans/heaters/lights when you go out.
Please notify the owner of breakages/maintenance issues before check-out.
No delivery persons to enter onto the premises, e.g. Uber Eats, Sixty60, etc.
Do not feed the birds or house pets.

Description
This spacious, fully equipped self-catering unit is on the first floor and is entered through a foyer on ground level and is accessed via a staircase. The unit is ideal for two guests and has a separate bedroom, which comes with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge/freezer, stove with oven, air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The open plan living area, furnished with a couch, lounge chairs, TV and dining table, leads onto a large balcony. The balcony overlooks the beautiful garden and has a Weber braai for some outdoor time. It also gives access via a staircase to the swimming pool. The private foyer area on the ground floor can accommodate extra baggage/bicycles/golf clubs, etc.
