Breakage Deposit

Maximum capacity per unit:

Windswael: 2 adults
Mossie: 1 adult
Minimum stay of 2 nights over weekends.
Check-in: 14:00 – 19:00
Check-out: 10:00
Guests stay on the property at their own risk, and no responsibility will be accepted for any loss, damage, or injury to guests, renters, visitors, or their property.
Daily street parking is available from 08:00 to 18:00 to allow garage access. Secure behind-gate parking is available after hours.
The pool is available only to in-house guests, between 09:00 and 19:00. Pool towels are provided.
For security, please ensure that gates, windows, and doors are locked behind you.
No illegal substances or weapons are allowed on the property.
Open flames or candles are not permitted in the units.
Please respect the privacy of other guests.
No private functions, wedding receptions, office parties, or bridal photography are permitted.
Loud music is not allowed.
Children are not permitted.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
Guests may only receive visitors on the property with the owner’s permission. Visitors are not allowed to sleep over.
Please turn off fans, heaters, and lights when leaving the unit.
Notify the owner of any breakages or maintenance issues before check-out.
Delivery services, including Uber Eats, Mr Delivery, or similar, are not permitted on the premises.
Do not feed the birds or house pets.
