Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R750 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No student or matric groups are permitted.
The maximum occupancy of 11 guests, including children, may not be exceeded.
No parties or events are allowed. Guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 23:00.
Please note that bedding and towels are not included. Guests are required to bring their own linens and towels. Bedding can be provided by prior arrangement at an additional cost.
The deposit is fully refundable if there are no breakages and will be paid within 48 hours into the account provided by the guest.
